A few things that help me write a useful first reply:

• Rough dates, or a window — even “sometime next March” is enough
• How many people are coming, and roughly what shape the group is (couple, family with kids, friends, solo)
• What you most want to see — gorillas, chimps, big cats, birds, a slower cultural side, or some combination
• Anything I should know about fitness, mobility, or pace

I’ll write back with an honest plan, real prices, and any questions of my own. No pressure, no canned itineraries.
